Called the company this morning, my moms heat pump was making a "strange" noise and not heating. She spoke to lady at the office and was told someone would call her back today. She called the company @ 10:30 am and she received a call from Jason @1:00 pm that he was on his way. The crew showed up, very professional and courteous. They listened to the explanation of the "strange noise" and promptly resolved the problem. Great price and response time. Highly recommend this company.
